About Peter Paik
Peter is a Korean extract who is fluent in three distinct languages (Korean, English and Spanish). He received his Bachelors in Economics at UCLA. He has a wealth of worldwide travel and business experience in the areas of finance, real estate and management. Since 1998, Peter managed for one of the largest owners of real estate in Los Angeles County. He was responsible for all phases from acquisition to operation and leasing of the project. Peter has managed over 2 million square feet of investment properties and leased over 1 million square feet of space. He played a big role in adding value to the investments and bringing in positive cash flows to the satisfaction of the investors. Prior experience includes title service, mortgage, residential and commercial real estate brokerage since 1992. The most important ingredient in Peter’s success has been his unrivaled work ethics and values.
